Verba ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. When you create an account or use the App, we may collect the following information:

• Account Information: When you sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and unique account identifier provided by the authentication service.
• Learning Progress: Your vocabulary progress, lesson completions, streak data, quiz scores, daily goals, and other learning-related statistics.
• Preferences: Your selected target language, notification settings, and other in-app preferences.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for analytics and crash reporting purposes.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, including features used, session duration, and general usage patterns to improve the user experience.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect precise geolocation data.
• We do not collect contacts, photos, or other personal files from your device.
• We do not record audio or video.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Provide and Maintain the App: To deliver the core language-learning experience, including tracking your progress and personalizing your learning path.
• Improve the App: To understand how users interact with the App and make improvements.
• Communicate With You: To send push notifications related to your learning goals, daily reminders, and vocabulary reviews (if you have enabled notifications).
• Subscription Management: To manage your subscription status for premium features.
• Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries and provide support.

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure authentication protocols. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Apple Sign-In / Google Sign-In: For authentication. These services are governed by their own privacy policies.
• RevenueCat: For managing in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat processes transaction data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: For cloud database and authentication services. Supabase processes data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
• Expo / EAS: For app delivery and push notification services.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers premium features through in-app subscriptions. Payment processing is handled entirely by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not collect or store payment card information. Subscription management is facilitated through RevenueCat.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. 7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

11. End User License Agreement (EULA)
